PROGRAM FEE: $425/player • Goaltenders are 50% off!

14 Home Ice sheets, including a couple home and away games!
Registration Deadline – March 23, 2026
Players will be provided with a team jersey and socks.
Home ice will be on Fridays and Sundays at Suburban Ice Farmington Hills or Novi Ice Arena.

Full payment is due with registration. No refunds will be offered after March 23. Prior to that time, there will be a $35 fee on all cancellations. A $40 fee will be assessed for all NSF checks or revoked payments.

USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION Players and coaches must be registered with USA Hockey. If you are NOT registering at the rink that your player played at, during the 2024-25 season, you will need to provide your USA Confirmation #. You can obtain a copy of your player/coach number at www.usahockeyregistration.com/duplicate_request_input.
